What sets us apart isn’t just our steel – it’s our structure, our service, and our standards.
Our services include engineer-stamped drawings when required for permitting.
From start to finish, a Legacy team member is available to help you compare sizes, layouts, and options so you can choose a structure that fits your needs, site, and budget.
Straightforward terms so that you’ll know exactly what’s covered before you commit.
Clear pricing from the start to finish. No hidden fees, no pushy upsells, no pressure. What you see is what you get.
At minimum: install ZIP/state, intended use, desired width/length/height, roof style (standard vs A-frame horizontal vs A-frame vertical), enclosure level (open/partial/fully enclosed), openings (roll-ups/walk-ins/windows), and your install surface (dirt/gravel/asphalt/concrete). Those variables directly affect engineering, anchoring, and scheduling.
Lead times are estimates; final scheduling depends on site readiness and weather. If your job needs plans/permits, the timeline doesn’t truly begin until permitting steps are complete and the job is ready to be placed on schedule.
You (the customer) obtain permits when required. If engineered plans are needed, they’re processed first so you can submit them to your local building department.
Specific plans can take 3–18 business days depending on theproject type and jurisdiction.
Ensure the site is level (unlevel sites can trigger extra charges), and plan for clear access plus working space around the structure for the crew.
Insulation is available but only offered on vertical configurations (A-frame vertical roof and vertical siding).
Workmanship, rust-through framing for 12-ga, and a wind warranty that depends on proper anchors. Warranty exclusions include items like water under base rails/doors and certain leak scenarios on longer non-vertical roofs.
Certain modifications can void warranties (examples given include adding shelves/electricity/modifications). If you’re planning interior build-out, it’s best to confirm what’s safe before you do it.
